This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly team in a standalone capacity where you can see the different you are making!
THE ROLE:
- HR Management including, but not limited to, developing & implementing policies and procedures, conducting recruitment, manage on boarding and off boarding, and maintaining employee records & HR database.
- Training and Development is a focus of this role! This includes designing, developing and delivering effective training programs to ensure continuous improvement of staff & business performance.
- HR Administration.
- Comps & Bens including conducting market research to ensure offerings remain competitive & constantly improving the employees benefits package.
THE PERSON:
- A real people person who cares about employee well being & the performance of the company.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a standalone capacity and developing and implement a Training & Development program.
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Happy to be office based 5 days per week with occasional working from home.
