BramahHR are recruiting for an HR Manager based in Harpenden for a 12 month FTC, this role has a strong ER thread and will oversee the line management of the ER team.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and implement HR processes, policies and procedures
- Drive performance enhancement and encourages constructive adjustments in personnel management
- Oversees the handling of employee relations cases, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, changes, and redundancies
- Line management of the ER team to ensure compliance with SLAs, policies and procedures
- Support with Employment Tribunal Bundles, TUPE, redundancy etc
- Advising, educating, and guiding HR Advisors and Assistants in their work with grievances, disciplinary actions, and other statutory processes
- Creation of confidential MI reports, including monthly statistical data on ER cases, tribunals, settlement agreements, sickness and employee turnover
- Providing advice and support on all ER issues/policies
- Assisting with the implementation of Social Value and Diversity, Inclusivity & Wellbeing, L&D, and Recruitment programmes
Experience:
- CIPD - Level 5
- Line management experience
- Strong employment/ER knowledge
