HR Business Partner

What will you be doing?
- Reporting to the VP of HR, you will support Business Partners with HR advice and support to deliver HR processes and an effective HR service for all employees
- Develop HR products, policies, and processes in line with the HR Project Plan to support the whole HR function
- Implement HR policies and practices in the UK in accordance with corporate KPIs, business strategy, and targets
- Manage employee relations (ER) issues with sensitivity, protecting business interests, advising on implications, and supporting colleagues through ER processes
- Support the implementation of change and business initiatives within your assigned areas of responsibility
- Contribute to the development of the HR Intranet database to assist Line Management in implementing HR policies and processes
- Deliver HR projects as per the agreed annual plan, focusing on benefits improvement and effective communication
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role with a good understanding of ER policies and practices
- Demonstrated expertise in project management to successfully deliver comprehensive HR projects
- Confident communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
- CIPD is desirable but not essential
A full UK driver's licence is required as this role involves travel to areas of the UK including Dunstable, London, Daventry and occasionally Bristol.
