Oakleaf Partnership are working with a well-established and reputable Not for Profit organisation in Birkenhead who are going through an exciting period of change and transformation. They are recruiting an HR Business Partner to support the corporate side of the business with the implementation of their new People Strategy that will really empower customers and colleagues. The role will also support the wider HR team with change management and organisational design. This is a 12-month FTC that will ideally start no later than May.
What is the role?
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with the corporate side of the business and report into a Head of People. You will support with long-term transformation and assist with the development and execution of a strategic people and organisational development agenda. You will work collaboratively with the wider business and be supported by an HR Advisor. Your role will help shape the company culture, elevate colleague engagement, manage complex employee relations, enhance wellbeing and embed all aspects of the people strategy.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with credible knowledge and experience of handling complex employee relations. You will also have proven experience within change management. You will be a strategic thinker, adept at influencing and building relationships with people at all levels. You will be familiar with a fast-paced and changing environment that has a people-focused approach.
