Reed HR are supporting a large manufacturing company in Recar & Cleveland borough to recruit a Senior HR Generalist. You will work closely with the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide operational HR support. You will be responsible to support all levels of operational management regarding the full Employee Life Cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
- Support with HR policy and procedure development to increase morale and drive performance.
- Manage TA and onboarding processes.
- Increase employee engagement and enablement.
- Support in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
Candidate Specification
- CIPD qualified or 5+ years of generalist experience.
- Experience within a blue-collar environment (preferrable).
- Trade union experience (preferrable).
This role is paying up to 48k DOE.
This role is predominantly site-based (1-day WFH).
