HR Contracting Specialist- 6 Month Temporary Role
Location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid
Our client is looking to recruit a HR Contracting Specialist on a 6 Month Temporary basis. As a HR Contracting Specialist you will ensure development of accurate and compliant contracting practices. Play a key role in reviewing and streamlining processes, resolving complex contract queries, working with stakeholders on developing optimal and appropriate contracting solutions, and sharing knowledge through training with the Recruitment team.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and develop recruiter team in areas such as IR35, pension, and tax for diverse engagement types
- Review and create internal guidance for non-standard contracting routes, processes, and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, implement changes, and enhance processes.
- Improve information flow between PS, Finance, and Payroll, identifying suitable contracting solutions.
- Exercise judgement in handling complex issues and interpreting procedures with initiative.
- Produce and analyse MI, identifying trends, and contribute to the development of new recruitment systems.
Experience required:
- HR/Management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of implementing significant process changes in large organisations.
- Background in Shared Service/HR or Recruitment environments.
- Extensive experience coaching staff on complex issues and building a confident knowledge base.
- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment/employment law, including Immigration legislation, IR35, and Pension.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and problem resolution.
