We have a great opportunity for a HR Assistant on a 12 Month Maternity Contract basis for a company in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years experience either from HR or a Recruitment background and a good general education - English and Maths GCSE Grade C and above.
The role will be working in a team of 3 reporting into the Head of HR with duties to include:
- Providing a comprehensive professional HR Admin support service to the HRBP and HR Department with a key focus recruitment and onboarding along with general HR lifecycle.
- Recruitment Administration - to include liaising with recruitment agencies, placing adverts, arranging interviews
- New Starter inductions and onboarding across sites, primarily Milton Keynes and London.
- Producing Contracts of Employment and Offer Packs.
- Maintaining HR Database.
- Produces monthly statistical HR reports for headcount, sickness, holiday utilisation and temporary staffing.
- Accurately maintain manual and electronic personnel files in a confidential manner.
- Answer general HR enquries by telephone and email.
- Act as a key note-taker at meetings, typing up notes and circulating to all parties
