A Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant is required to join a large manufacturing business on a 6-month contract at their site based near Marston Green. An ideal opportunity for a Business or HR graduate looking to get some hands-on experience and support a busy HR team during a transition period.
As a Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant you will be -
Providing guidance, advice and administrative support within the HR department
Providing support with benefits, payroll, employee relations and absence management
Preparing templates and ensuring systems are updated
Recruitment support; creating adverts and screening suitable applicants
Completing onboarding paperwork, assisting with starters and leavers
General administration duties
Ideally for this role you will have -
A Business or HR related degree
A strong desire to develop a career within HR
6 months minimum experience working within a HR team
A can-do attitude and willing to learn all aspects within HR
On offer for this role -
6-month contract starting ideally February 2024
Starting salary of £22-23,500p/a
Opportunity to learn hands-on HR experience in a large business
Hybrid working (initially 4 days minimum in the office during training)
Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm
