Job Role:
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures with a friendly and approachable demeanour.Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues at all levels.Strong organisational abilities and a knack for multitasking in a fast–paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.HR experience assential.Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of human resources, with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
