We're on the lookout for a motivated HR Assistant to join our team and embark on an exciting journey in human resources!
Job Role:
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational abilities and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- HR experience assential.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of human resources, with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
