Global law firm based in stunning offices is seeking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their HR team in Paris. This is a permanent position paying up to €36,000 plus excellent benefits.

You will be working closely with their London HR and the Head of Finance & Administration in Paris – you will be the sole HR professional looking after their Paris, Brussels and Monaco offices.
HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Writing application forms for submission in London.
- Writing adverts, managing applications and monitoring interviews.
- Drafting employment contracts.
- Verification of internship agreements.
- Creation and updating of personnel files and data entry into the HRIS.
- Monitoring of absences (CP, illness, RTT, training) and overtime.
- Entry of payroll variables.
- Assistance and preparation of reports.
- Management and monitoring of regulatory obligations in the HR field.
- Sending reports, coordination on global procedures (e.g. promotions) to the London office.
HR Coordinator Desired Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Knowledge of French employment law.
- Previous HR experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
