Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious multi-award-winning HR consultancy, is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their small, collaborative and friendly team.

Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Consultants and delivering first-class HR support services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving consultancy and work with a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Crafting letters and structures for investigations or hearings
- Tailoring job descriptions and adverts to meet client needs
- Developing template forms for specific HR processes
- Drafting contracts of employment with necessary adjustments
- Updating policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices
- Corresponding with clients via email as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background in operational HR
- Demonstrated experience in HR Administration support
- CIPD qualification or equivalent skills/experience
- Proficiency in IT and HR software systems
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
