An established and reputable organisation with various sites across the UK are looking for a new HR Coordinator to support the on-site HR Advisor.
Your new role
This role is to fully support the HRA with onboarding new staff, from pre-employment checks to ensuring they are fully inducted on their first day, dealing with employee changes on the system, support with absence monitoring, right to work checks, professional registration checks and DBS, coordinating the annual employee engagement survey, reporting on key HR metrics, maintaining personnel records, minute taking and being first point of contact for basic HR queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have CIPD level 3 or be currently studying and have some HR Admin/Coordinator experience from a previous role. This is 100% office based so local to Brentwood would help too.
