Description
- Collaborate with the HR Apprentice to create HR documentation
- Ensure smooth employee life cycle events by completing internal forms
- Coordinate with relevant departments like IT and finance.
- Take charge of the payroll spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information
- Collaborate with Payroll for precise and punctual processing of salary changes.
- Enhance and adhere to HR processes, fostering improvement
- Manage the Onboarding process, ensuring adherence to procedures and proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Oversee employee files (both hard and soft copies) in compliance with GDPR legislation
- Maintain updated and organised files, tracking all relevant documents.
- Keep HR systems current, making timely and accurate changes.
- Generate ad hoc reports for various stakeholders using our HR systems.
- Regularly update and maintain the HR dashboard, providing required reports.
- Ensure accuracy of relevant sections on the intranet and update them regularly.
- Stay informed about HR best practices continuously.
- Provide support to the HR Advisor in discussions and process
- Assist the HR Advisor in exit interview discussions and report exit interview data to the HR Team.
