Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next exciting challenge? We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Professional Services company. As our next HR Generalist you will provide a comprehensive, confidential HR service to the company s clients, working collaboratively with the HR team and management to ensure best practice and business objectives. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to learn and grow in this HR role. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with line management and HR colleagues to deliver comprehensive support.
- Providing advice, guidance and support on all HR policies and procedures.
- Leading on talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, and setting objectives and reviews.
- Advising and supporting managers in dealing with employee relations, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Providing input into the organisation s diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Promoting best practice and offering general advice and support to associates, managers, and colleagues.
- Undertaking research and reporting into HR topics.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Advisor with the desired experience in HR and either CIPD qualified/similar and/or degree in HR.
- Ability to remain professional and able to handle sensitive matters with compassion and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-orientated approach.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
