My client, in the telecommunication and entertainment services industry, is seeking to hire a HR Generalist. You will be gain HR experience in a busy environment and will work to improve all HR functions.
As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee concerns/grievances.
- Supporting managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as performance management and employee development.
- Administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
- Providing assistance and support on HR-related matters to other departments.
- Facilitating the pre-boarding, onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
You will have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years in a similar role.
- Understanding of Dutch Labor Law and Dutch Payroll Tax.
- Dutch and English (spoken and written).
