HR Generalist - Maternity Contract
Salary: 31,000 - 38,000
Location: Castleford
Our client is looking for an HR Genralist to join their growing HR Team. The business has around 300 employees and have strong expansion plans. The role will be reporting into the HR BP and be a varied generalist HR role to cover maternity leave but there is potential for this role to go permament.
As HR Generalist you will be involved in organisational design and development, talent and management development, employee relations, employee legislation, employee engagement and communications and employee development and performance management.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a HR Advisor, CIPD qualified to level 5 and ability to work independently.
Duties will include:
Providing support to managers with regards to HR issues and people managementDeveloping HR Policies and processesSupporting with recruitment processesLiaising with recruitment agencies, ensuring best candidate selectionMonitoring HR policies and practices across the businessOnboarding and offboarding new starters/ leaversAdminister contract information and managing the HR systemProviding key insights and dashboardsWorking with external ER Consultants to support on ER issuesBuilding strong relationships with managers across the businessRequirements for the role:
