I am looking for an HR Advisor to join a well established client in New Milton, to provide professional and effective HR support to the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services, including mentoring managers, absence management and Managing low level ER Cases.
To be successful in this role, you should have a CIPD qualification or equivalent. You should also have previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a good knowledge of the current labour legislation and best practices in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Providing training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as communication, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion
- Supporting and facilitating employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on how to handle difficult situations and deal with employee complaints
- Providing HR data and reports on absence trends and issues, and providing recommendations for improvement
- Dealing with various HR queries related to absences, such as sick leave, vacation, or personal days
Requirements:
