Description
The successful People & Culture Generalist will be responsible for the following:
· Supporting HR operations and facilitating smooth employee onboarding.
· Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Advising and coaching line managers on employment law and managing ER case work.
· Maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
· Providing administrative support for various HR projects.
· Assisting with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
· Handling routine HR queries and escalating complex issues as necessary.
Profile
The successful People & Culture Generalist should have:
· Experience within a HR Generalist role.
· Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of HR practices and employment law.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
· Experience with HR management systems and databases.
