Hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home, 1 day per week in Preston, and the other 2 days per week from your nearest office: Liverpool, Manchester, Preston or Lancashire. Great flex around working times too - with a core/flex working hours policy.
The role has a wide span of responsibility including business partnering key stakeholders whilst also supporting with the managing a small HR team. The position encompasses both hands on operational HR and HR strategy.
It's a true generalist role which will have a real impact in the business.

The role comes with a salary of 45,000 - 55,000pa DOE
