£55,000 - £65,000 - 6 months temp
Flexible Hybrid - 2 days in office
HR Manager responsibilities:
- Onboarding/offboarding process
- Support senior leadership with people related matters
- Analyse relevant HR data to support company productivity
- Deliver and manage the employee performance lifecycle
- Ensure company policies are adhered to and up to date
HR Manager experience:
- At least 3 years generalist experience
- Ideally degree educated - CIPD qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional management and organisational skills
- Preferably a background in professional services (finance, law, consultancy)
