My client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team, this role is a big role and requires someone who has a broad generalist understanding of HR. You will provide advice and guidance to the staff and directors and managing employee relations issues.
Duties:
- Working with the finance department to manage payroll and pensions monthly upload
- Help with the recruitment of each department
- On-boarding and induction process.
- Managing the staff appraisal process
- Creation of all documentation including: employment contracts, offer letters, pension changes, salary changes etc.
- Managing the insurances for private health care and death in service.
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Understanding employment law updates and legislation
- Timesheet analysis
- Preparation of HR reports
- Good understanding of MS office, including Word, Excel and Adobe.
