My client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team, this role is a big role and requires someone who has a broad generalist understanding of HR. You will provide advice and guidance to the staff and directors and managing employee relations issues.

Duties:

• Working with the finance department to manage payroll and pensions monthly upload
• Help with the recruitment of each department
• On-boarding and induction process.
• Managing the staff appraisal process
• Creation of all documentation including: employment contracts, offer letters, pension changes, salary changes etc.
• Managing the insurances for private health care and death in service.
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
• Understanding employment law updates and legislation
• Timesheet analysis
• Preparation of HR reports
• Good understanding of MS office, including Word, Excel and Adobe.
