Position: HR Manager
Package: c.GBP45,000 pa (DOE) + Annual Bonus, Pension, Dental Plan, Private Medical Insurance, Optional Hybrid Working, Onsite Parking & Annual Leave.
Core Hours: Mon Friday, 09 00 (start and finish times are flexible)

My client is a leading Technology Transfer Office within Manchester that aims to capture and evaluate new inventions coming out of their associated University. They effectively assess innovations and opportunities to determine which have the greatest chance of generating future social and also economic impact.
The Role:
The client is seeking a driven HR Manager to complement its Corporate Services team, that will work alongside the senior leadership team, building upon the People Strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that People and Organisational development initiatives are in alignment with the strategic business objectives.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Director, the HR Manager will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to design and deliver organisational development, therefore experience in Change Management is essential.
As well as being responsible for a range of HR tasks/projects on a daily basis, a large part of the role includes the promotion of a high-performance culture, building upon existing initiatives and embedding them further. One aspect in particular being the Performance & Development Review process, which the HR Manager will be responsible for monitoring as well and ensuring that Line Managers are equipped with the required people skills to effectively support and enhance their team s performance.
It is essential that the successful candidate for this role possesses CIPD 5 qualification or equivalent.
