CMA is working with a fast-growing SME business based in Hampshire who are looking to recruit a part-time HR Manager. Our client has seen impressive growth and has plans to double in size by the end of the year. This is a brand new standalone role and will give the successful candidate a great opportunity to scope out this role with support from the CEO.
What will the HR Manager role involve?
- Managing and Implementing all HR related policies and procedures, ensuring an effective HR service is provided at all times;
- Onboarding and offboarding;
- Running successful Inductions for new employees;
- Running Training and Development plans for new and existing Employees;
- Deal with Recruitment, managing 3rd party relationships;
- Maintain the HR system keeping all Employee documents up to date;
- Manage HR/Compliance policies and keep the Employee Handbook up to date;
- Dealing with all ER;
- Support with ongoing Employee relations and performance management;
- Providing advise to senior managers on HR best practice;
- Managing Tupe transfers when needed;
- Payroll and Employee benefits dealing with vendor relationships.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Manager vacancy:
- Good experience of working in a HR standalone role within a SME/Start up environment;
- CIPD would be preferred;
- Good knowledge of Employment Law.
