An excellent opportunity awaits a CIPD qualified HR Manager to join a leading law firm. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill this integral role. The role requires travel across a few offices so a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Support Senior and Line Managers on HR activities.
Act as a lead on recruitment and manage talent pipeline.
Ensuring that all new starters are on-boarded and provided with a thorough induction.
Edit and update the Employee Handbook and associated policies.
Manage employee relations, performance, and training.
Monitor sickness absence and online platforms.
Produce monthly MI and statistics reports.
Maintain accurate HR records.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years HR experience
Current knowledge of employment law
Strong generalist HR skills including delivering training and carrying out disciplinaries.
Effective communicator and stakeholder manager
