A HR Manager is needed to oversee and manage the Human Resources department in our established business services firm located in Weybridge.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  

Profile

The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR aspects, including recruitment, staff training, development, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.
