An exciting opportunity to work for an established and growing business. The successful candidate will be CIPD Qualified, and have a strong background working within HR.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience in a similar role.
CIPD Level 5 or above
Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Leaderships skills
Competent with HRIS and MS Packages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing all aspects for HR practices and processes
Manage the recruitment process, including job adverts, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews and making offers to successful candidates.
Onboarding for new starters and ensure a smooth transition.
First point of contact for employee enquiries.
Address ER issues and promote a positive work environment.
Investigate employee complaints and grievances and managed the disciplinary process.
Performance management - tracking employee performance and providing feedback.
Identify any additional training needs and implement relevant courses.
Maintain all employee records and documentation, following compliance.
Implement HR policies and procedures and stay up to date with changes.
