You will be the most senior HR representative in the UK, reporting directly into the CEO and responsible for the line management of the HR Administrator. This role offers hybrid working, with the chance to work from home 1 day per week.
Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
- Developing plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Supervising the work of the HR Administrator
- Serving as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics
- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organising team-building activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulations

Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a fast paced HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of disciplinary procedures
- Desire to work on a variety of projects
