As a HR Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for pre-employment checks for new employees.
- Aiding the HR team in handling employee relations case work.
- Providing generalist support where needed.
- Full employee lifecycle support to the organisation, providing support to the wider HR function
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working on HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Previous experience operating at HR Coordinator/HR Administrator level
- Able to effectively manage workload.
- CIPD level 3 desirable.
