As the HR Business Partner you will be working on several HR projects with a strategic and operational mindset. The Business Partner will be liaising with senior members of the business and implement new processes that are inline with the business strategy. Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement performance management strategies that empower employees to achieve their best. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth.
- Be the go-to expert for all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development. Your well-rounded HR knowledge will be crucial in creating a seamless employee experience.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication. Your approachable demeanor and strong interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining a harmonious workplace.

You will be forward thinking, driven and confident in your ability. You will be able to manage several projects and deliver exceptional HR ensuring timescales are met and communication is transparent throughout. Candidates will ideally have experience of implementing a new performance management system and be able to coach managers on the new ways of working.
