A global-leading Manufacturing company are recruiting for a HR Officer at their UK office based in Evesham. This role is responsible for all aspects of HR, providing a HR Service to employees - including internal training and involved in the external recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Action employee engagement surveys
- Manage Recruitment process for open roles
- Employee absence management
- Providing disciplinary and advice to department managers
- Conduct Exit interviews for leavers
- Raise OH referrals, feedback to managers / HR
The successful applicant must be CIPD qualified, have experience within a similar role and the ability to work confidentially. Own transport a must as there is a requirement to travel to other sites.
