- As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to:
- Actioning employee engagement surveys to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Managing the recruitment process for open roles, from advertising to onboarding.
- Overseeing employee absence management and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Providing disciplinary advice to department managers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conducting exit interviews for departing employees to gather valuable feedback.
- Raising occupational health referrals and providing feedback to managers and HR.
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- CIPD qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transport is essential as there is a requirement to travel to other sites.
