Liberty Recruitment Group are thrilled to be partnering with a locally renowned organisation in their search for an HR Officer.
You will be responsible for delivering proactive HR support to the wider HR Team.
To be successful in this role you will have experience and be confident in the following;
- Coordinating and arranging both formal and informal meetings
- Preparing confidential documentation packs
- Carrying out ad hoc reporting using the HRIS
- Responding to general HR queries
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintaining spreadsheets of employee data, ensuring accuracy
As a person you will;
- Have experience of working in an HR environment
- Be at least CIPD Level 3 qualified or have relevant experience
- Have excellent IT skills and high levels of attention to detail
- Be comfortable at multi-tasking and prioritising
- Have experience of providing excellent customer service
This position is based in Fareham and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from home and the opportunity to work flexibly. Maximum salary is £26k depending on experience.
