- Advertise new vacancies on relevant platform and shortlist candidates, arrange interview with the supervisors.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain friendly relationships.
- Assist in arranging employee inductions and other mandatory training required.
- Maintain all electronic employee files, ensuring creation of new files and archiving of leavers.
Verify Right to Work for new starters and manage the ongoing checks for existing employees.
- Coordinates payroll activity utilising Time and Attendance and Sage payroll systems.
- To reconcile the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances.
- Resolves pay queries in an efficient and timely manner in support of harmonious Industrial Relations and general employee wellbeing and engagement.
Providing accurate post payroll reporting to external third parties as well as regular reporting for internal parties.
- Cross check employee time and attendance through the system and prepare reports for the payroll.
Resolve employee queries regarding attendance and time management.
