Oakleaf are partnered with a leading investment bank to assist them in their search for a HR Operations Associate to join their London based HR team. The role is perfect for a HR graduate or someone who has completed an internship and is looking for a permanent HR role.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding, leavers and full employee lifecycle administration
- General HR administration including managing HR inbox and HR enquiries
- Recruitment; offer letters, contracts, recruitment packs
- Maintaining HR system
- Supporting HR Business Partner on ad-hoc projects
Experience:
- Exposure to HR either through a qualification or internship
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
