Hr Operations Associate

Oakleaf are partnered with a leading investment bank to assist them in their search for a HR Operations Associate to join their London based HR team. The role is perfect for a HR graduate or someone who has completed an internship and is looking for a permanent HR role.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding, leavers and full employee lifecycle administration
• General HR administration including managing HR inbox and HR enquiries
• Recruitment; offer letters, contracts, recruitment packs
• Maintaining HR system
• Supporting HR Business Partner on ad-hoc projects

Experience:

• Exposure to HR either through a qualification or internship
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
