HR Operations Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a growing insurance brokers and underwriting group with the growth of their HR team. We're seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the operational service.
This role reports directly to the People Director, and is a great opportunity providing dedicated service and support to an exciting growing business. Management in a complex company and shared services environment is essential to the success of this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver an effective and efficient end to end HR administrative function to provide a seamless service across the business, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to HR Operations and conduct internal audits and reviews.
- Encourage and enable professional development and growth that develops a high performing team.
- Manage and optimise the use of HR information system (HRIS) to maximise efficiencies and ensuring that information is stored safely and securely.
- Provide people metrics and data to drive insights and decision-making.
To excel in this role you will need experience working in HR Operations in a fast paced environment, as part of this you will need to have knowledge of HR systems and leaderships skills.
