Working for a fund management firm with global locations with prestigious offices based in London City. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large global HR operations projects, to create new processes and efficiencies.
Your new role
Covering EMEA HR operations for circa 1,500 headcount, leading a team of 3 HR Advisors ensuring that all HR operations, including reward, benefits and HRIS are running smoothly and efficiently. Due to the change culture, you will be leading on certain projects as well as the HR cyclical calendar, such as procuring and onboarding of a new HRIS system.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You\'ll be operating at an HR Operations Manager level with the experience of leading a small team. Financial services experience and workday knowledge is essential.
