Our client is a prestigious professional service firm with a 300+ headcount. This newly created role will form a part of their wider people team and be responsible for three direct reports.
Alongside the traditional HR Operation Manager duties, the role will be responsible for making positive changes within the team, implementing fluid processes, procedures, and SLAs.
You should have previous experience managing a busy HR administration or operations team and demonstrable experience driving positive change. You should have a strong knowledge of HR best practice polices and be able to provide examples of making data driven informed decisions.
