Operations Manager Wanted: Help Us Clean Up 35 - 40 sites in Newcastle Upon Tyne (Literally)
Hello, Inspired HR is scrubbing the talent pool for an Operations Manager with a sense of humour as sparkling as a freshly cleaned window. We're working with a client in the Commercial Cleaning sector who believes that a day without laughter is like a mop without a bucket—simply incomplete!

Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking Commercial Cleaning company that's as passionate about their people as they are about pristine premises. They're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee their Newcastle upon Tyne operations, someone who can not only keep their cleaning crews in tip-top shape but also bring a dash of joy to the office every day.
As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the company's reputation is as spotless as the premises they clean. You'll manage teams, oversee schedules, and ensure quality control that would make even a drill sergeant nod in approval. You'll be a whizz at logistics, have an eye for detail that would put a hawk to shame, and possess a knack for leadership.
