The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the Water Hygiene Industry, coupled with senior-level experience and a robust skill set in project management.

Requirements as an Operations Manager:

• Minimum 5 years' management experience within the water industry, including L8 compliance.
• Strong understanding of water treatment/water hygiene.
• Proven experience in team leadership and promoting continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of financial management and business development.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online management systems.

Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of water treatment engineers and Legionella Risk Assessors.
• Optimise treatment processes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and maintain quality standards.
• Assess training needs and conduct competency assessments.
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients from all levels.
• Contribute to the development of technical quotations.
• Attending customer meetings and reviews as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for operational quality and compliance matters.
• Support training and recruitment activities.
