Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR support and streamline payroll processes in accordance with public sector guidelines.
• Assist in recruitment drives, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support Payroll Officer with year end payroll compliance, Inland Revenue and pensions payments,
• Safeguard employee records securely and administer various benefits and pension schemes in line with public sector protocols.
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction within our organisation.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement to optimise HR and payroll services for our valued employees.
