HR People Advisor
£40-45k per annum
Office based initially with future hybrid options
I am pleased to have partnered with an organisation in the healthcare sector who are currently looking for an HR People Advisor to join the team to support in providing an extremely high standard HR function across the business.
In this role you will have your own business remit where you will provide the full spectrum of HR support covering the full employee lifecycle, support with all aspects of the shared services as well as having input on HR related projects.
Some of the duties of this role include:
- Providing Senior Management with advice and guidance regarding staffing issues
- Be the first point of contact when dealing with telephone/email and written HR matters
- Support the recruitment and on boarding process
- Develop and maintain the company's policies and procedures
- Manage all elements of the Employee Lifecycle including maternity and paternity pay as well as payroll and benefits
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who has worked to a senior level in previous roles and who has had responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and worked in an advisory capacity to senior business stakeholders, along with a CIPD Level 5, if you have come from a healthcare background that would be advantageous.
