HR Project Manager
Hourly Rate - GBP45
Location - Remote (Bracknell)
Duration - 6 Months initially
IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee and manage projects/workstreams within our OneHR People Data & Analytics Program. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organising and overseeing the execution and delivery of the initiatives.
This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for defining project goals, creating a project plan, managing budgets, coordinating team members, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during project execution
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
- Keep alignment with overall program and dependency projects Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy requirements, HR policies, procedures, and other legal requirements
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, preferably in a large matrixed organisation
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Experience delivering HR technology and familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology solutions
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various levels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including SteerCo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferably SmartSheets
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience working with Agile methodology is desirable
