HR Junior Project Manager (HR Data/Analytics)Inside IR356 MonthsHybrid (On business requirements)Our client a Global Life Sciences client are looking for a HR Junior Project Manager (HR Data/Analytics) to join them on a contract basis. This contract will be Inside IR35 and will be PAYE/Umbrella company. This position within our OneHR People Data & Analytics Program. The HR Junior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organising and overseeing the execution and delivery of the initiatives.
Duties:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.Performs a variety of tasks.Leads and directs the work of others.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Implement commercial plans such as go–to–market plans.Maintain relationships with local customers, represent brand locally, plan and provide commercial services to customers.May contribute to development of commercial planning. Experience Level:
