Our client a Global Life Sciences client are looking for a HR Project Manager HR Data/Workday to join them on a contract basis. This contract will be Inside IR35 and will be set-up as PAYE/Umbrella company. This Project Manager has overall responsibility for the project implementation and key deliverables. This role will need to develop and negotiate the implementation plan and monitor progress against timeline due dates. The role will interact with stakeholders across the HR technical team, IT and HR team members across the globe including external consultants.

Key Accountabilities:

• Creating a detailed project plan in consultation with internal and external teams
• Tracking tasks against the project plan with the project team
• Reporting on progress by creating project status updates
• Hosting regular calls with the project team and regional stakeholders for alignment on project status
• Manage the communication plan, coordinating communication with the project team and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and coordinate the testing phase, reporting on progress when required
• Business process re-engineering
• Managing deliverables from the external technical consultants
• Assisting with change management

Requirements - Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Experience in running complex projects at a Global scale involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in implementing HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or ATS such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.
• Experience of working and managing multiple and various agencies and vendors
• Managing project testing
• Microsoft packages skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of Smartsheet's.
• Proactive - can flag and assist in resolving project issues (where appropriate)
• Is driven to complete tasks and can see the wider picture to assist with the successful delivery of the project
• Can multitask and can react quickly to changes
• Is collaborative and supportive with project members and stakeholders
