Hr & Recruitment Assistant

​We are currently partnering with a leading accountancy firm based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £33,000 per.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Take ownership of the recruitment process; liaising with hiring managers, agencies and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment process

• Arranging interviews, sending out job descriptions and sending out interview information packs

• Assisting with the onboarding of employees

• Working closely with the HR team, maintaining the database and learning HR processes

• Taking responsibility for filtering through emails

Experience required:

Working as an administrator for at least 1 year

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

The applicant must have strong organisational skills

Working hours:

35 Hours Per Week

Monday – Friday, 9:30-5-30
