We have a great opportunity for a HR Service Coordinator to join the team based in Hoddesdon on a 6 month FTC. You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused effective and efficient HR transactional and administrative service.
About you
- GCSE English Language Grade C or above or equivalent level qualification, or demonstrable previous experience in preparing written correspondence and communicating with internal and external customers in writing
- Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using computerised databases
- Experience in dealing with confidential matter
- Strong organisational skills
- Good team worker
Desirable:
- Experience in HR Processes
- Giving generalist advice on recruitment , employee relations or post-employment matters
- Certificate on Personnel Practice, or equivalent qualification.
