c£40,000 - £50,000 (dependant upon experience)
This is not a shared services role.
As part of a new HR team you will be key in transforming the HR services that are delivered within this highly successful commercial organisation.
This is a key role within the organisation and the HR team as there is a tremendous amount of focus on striving for excellence in improving how HR services are delivered across the company and the business benefits this will provide.
Examples of HR services: All the administration side of HR, how probationary periods are managed, the speed with which services are delivered, the accuracy of tracking processes.as well as managing Employees relations cases across the business, this includes complex ER cases as well as the day to day.
This is a fantastic role if you want to take ownership of strategic objectives and their achievement through implementing change within HR Services.
HR Services Manager - Key Areas of Focus
Analyse and understand how HR services are currently delivered within the company
Build strong relationships cross functionally with key stakeholders to understand from the business’s perspective what is needed from HR services
Managing escalated ER cases
You will need to challenge embedded ways of working and thinking
Identify where process improvements are required
Identify where modernisation and innovation are required
Drive through improvements and develop initiatives
Lead and develop your team
Follow implementations through, assess their success, communicate to the business, make further changes and adaptations as required
HR Manager - Experience
Be able to demonstrate where and how you have successfully changed HR services, process and delivery
Managed a change programme from start to implementation
Experience of a large commercial organisation
