Due to growth they are looking to recruit an HR Services Manager into their progressive team as the designated lead for the new Human Resources/Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (HR/EDI) function! This pivotal role involves supporting, developing, and implementing strategies to provide professional HR advice. As the expert in all areas of HR, you will offer industry-leading advice on policy application, interpretation, and best practices. This is a unique opportunity, offering a balanced work environment with 50% office-based presence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop the new HR/EDI service, ensuring it is relevant, responsive, and of high quality.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, equality and diversity issues.
- Foster HR/EDI awareness and initiatives..
- Establish training programs, holding regular forums to enhance employees employment relations and EDI knowledge.
- Monitor legislative developments, providing up-to-date guidance and identifying best practices.
- Experience in coordinating HR Services, with a particular inference in employee relations
- Knowledge of EDI, employment legislation, and its application, including the Equality Act.
- Commitment to customer care and professional development.
- Educated to CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience.
